Privacy Policy – Smart Parking

Smart Parking ("we", "our", "the app") provides smart parking booking and gate-control services. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored securely, never shared).
• Vehicle data: vehicle nickname, brand, plate code and plate number — used to identify your vehicle at parking gates.
• Location data: approximate GPS location, used only to show nearby parking locations. Never collected in the background.
• Booking & payment data: reservations, wallet balance and payment history.
• Device data: push-notification token (FCM) for booking updates; basic device info for app stability.

2. How we use data

• To create and manage your account, process bookings and wallet payments.
• To operate parking gates (open/blink commands) linked to your reservations.
• To send booking confirmations and service notifications.
• To improve reliability and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data.

3. Data sharing

Shared only with providers strictly required to operate the app (cloud hosting, push notifications, payment processing), and with parking operators limited to reservations at their locations. No advertising trackers.

4. Data retention & deletion

Kept while your account is active. Delete your account and all data anytime via Profile → Delete Account in the app, or contact us below.

5. Security

All traffic uses encrypted HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.

6. Children's privacy

Not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.
